Assassin’s Creed Featurette Released

 

 

Ubisoft just released a featurette on Assassin’s Creed today and Rek is freaking out.

First off, a big shout out to Damien Walters for accomplishing this spectacular shot. I can’t even imagine jumping 50 feet let alone 125.

Justin Kurtzel talked for a little bit about how he wants the movie to be realistic and reflect the time period as much as possible. This makes me happy because I am a big history buff and that is why I like the Assassin’s Creed games. I trust that Justin Kurtzel will do a great job with this film.

The next thing that we would like to mention is the fact that they released a shot of the Apple of Eden in the video. If you go to about 4 seconds into the video, you will see a priest/leader holding the Apple of Eden up to the sunlight. Being one of the most powerful and important pieces in the Assassin’s Creed universe, I am surprised that their isn’t more buzz about this on the internet. The fact that I got to see a Piece of Eden is amazing and I can’t wait to see the movie.
