Yes, Deathstroke is getting his own movie.
We knew that he was coming to the DCEU, but we thought he was going to be in the standalone Batman movie. With a new script and director that seemed to push Joe Manganiello out, now it seems Warner Bros. has bigger plans for the mercenary anti-hero.
Gareth Evans is currently in talks to both write and direct a standalone movie based around DC’s legendary assassin Slade Wilson. Joe Manganiello, is still attached to star, but right now no other details have been given. This is huge news and the thought of getting a movie dedicated to Deathstroke is just amazing.
Although Seppin is still waiting to hear about a Justice League Dark movie…
