Hey everyone! The other day, Ubisoft mentioned what the future for the Assassin’s Creed video game franchise looks like. After the release of Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, the next AC game seems to be turning into something a lot different. The project is currently dubbed “Assassin’s Creed Infinity” and will feature a live service. The project is being headed by Ubisoft Montreal (Origins, Valhalla) and Quebec (Odyssey) to create a new and adventurous step for the franchise.

So, I was thinking of pitching an idea where an Assassin’s Creed game crossed over multiple timelines on some kind of grand quest, but I was thinking single player, not multiplayer. It seems like a smart move to crossover with all of these pre-established characters and their eras, but we’re not a hundred percent about the whole live service idea just yet.
Of course, the evolved world seems like a grander scale version of what Valhalla has been trying to do with the different seasons.
Definitely something to keep an eye on to see what Ubisoft Montreal and Quebec have planned. So, what do you guys think? Are you interested in a new multiplayer Assassin’s Creed game? Tell us in the comments below!
Until next time…
