Paramount is working on another new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film. I say another because earlier this year we learned that Seth Rogan would be executive producing an animated film staring the four brothers. This is a different film.
Deadline reported that Colin and Casey Jost, who wrote for Saturday Night Live, are set to pen a script for another TMNT Live Action film. Which is pretty awesome. Sadly, the post is not clear as to whether or not this film is a sequel to the previous two live action films.
However, we know that Michael Bay, Andrew Form, Brad Fuller, Scott Mednick and Galen Walker are on as producers. Bay’s involvement most likely means that this is a sequel because he produced the two other live action films.
Overall, we are interested and hope that they get this next film right. The Turtles are getting big again and deserve some love too!
