Spider-Man: No Way Home News Roundup

Hey everyone! It has been a while since we’ve received any updates on Spider-Man No Way Home due to a lot of the vague hints as to who may or may not appear in the upcoming blockbuster. However, the last few days have been riddled with speculation and confirmations for appearances due to the release of the most recent Empire magazine which highlighted in their covers Tom Holland’s Spider-Man!

Firstly, check out the covers!

The theories surrounding which characters from the previous films will be returning has taken up many Spider fans’ minds as of recent months. However, in this recent issue of Empire, the magazine states that two characters who have been in question are indeed confirmed to make an appearance. Thomas Haden Church’s portrayal of Sandman in Raimi’s Spider-Man 3, one of the saving graces of that film, was mentioned in the article and his sand-y fist can be seen in the subscriber issue cover on the right.

Another character who was mentioned to return is none other than Rhys Ifyns’ The Lizard from Webb’s Amazing Spider-Man. It will have been almost a decade since his character has popped up on the screen, but we’re glad he’s going to be joining the cast of villains for the Spider-Mans to face in the film.

Also, to tide fans over until the film’s release, a new still from the film came out featuring a scene where Alfred Molina’s Doctor Octavius has Tom Holland’s Spider-Man in his claws that is remarkably familiar to Spider-Man 2.

Check it out below!

Awesome to see all of this content coming out and hopefully we will get a second official trailer in the next few weeks! Anyways, what are your thoughts on all of these characters returning for No Way Home? Anyone else who you want brought back? Let us know in the comments below!

Until next time…
