Today we are finally going to do our X-Men Apocalypse trailer review. This movie will be based off the character Apocalypse who is probably one of the biggest villains the X-Men have in the comics.

Seppin’s First Reaction: I really liked Days of Future Past so I hope this movie is equally enjoyable.
Rek’s First Reaction: The ending was amazing. I like the turn the X-Men have made compared to the original films so I’m excited for this movie.

The world is on fire. Definitely future.
More destruction, possibly in the future.
Our first look at the new Jean Grey. She is obviously having these visions of what’s to come and it’s freaking her out.
Professor X making sure his students are all good.
More “Apocalypse”
Looks like our villain has found someone to train into his horseman. Looks like Storm. We’re not sure if they are going to call the four horsemen by their names,but I’m calling it. Storm will most likely be Pestilence or Famine.

Can we just point out Havoc’s hair? Darn 80’s hairstyles.
I just want to say how much we like the religious and biblical aspect they are going with here. It definitely suits the character.
Beast looking a bit tired and afraid.
Magneto. Okay so we know he becomes one of the four horsemen. Whether by choice or manipulation we have no idea, but we think Magneto is not one to take much convincing to obtain more power.
Horsemen of War? We’re pretty confident that’s who he will be.
New Nightcrawler. I always thought Bryan Singer did a great job with Nightcrawler in X2. That’s why I look forward to seeing him in this movie. I’m most excited to see him dressed in his Michael Jackson like fashion.
Jubilee. I really don’t see the reason for her being in this movie. Her biggest appearance was in the t.v. show, but I do want to say the costume design is literally perfect. I hope we see some fireworks…
Our first quick glimpse of Archangel. Basically he is an angel who has made a deal with Apocalypse. I don’t know if they are going to show his deal with Apocalypse because it’s pretty gruesome, but I’ll throw it out there.
What happens is that Angel gets captured by some mutant haters. They use nails and stick him onto the wall by his wings. They pluck out some of his feathers, but at some point his wings start to decay because he is dying. It’s kind of gross and Apocalypse comes down like some sort of God and makes a deal with him. He’ll give him back his wings if he becomes one of his horsemen. We’re pretty sure he will be the Horsemen of Death.
Again, not sure if they are going to show this, but I think it’s a good possibility.
Another look at Storm. She’s rocking the mohawk. Nice.

Mystique has joined the cause to fight. Why is Moira there though? She can’t really do anything.
We have Beast flying the plane and we can see Jean, Cyclops, and Quicksilver in the background.
Interesting that they showed Apocalypse’s ability to grow in size, but it’s cool though.
So what’s happening with Magneto here? He looks like he’s in pain. I think he is getting the power of Apocalypse and becoming one of the Horsemen or perhaps Apocalypse has done something to cause him to be in such pain so he’s easier to manipulate in joining.
Yes, Magneto looks cool and all, but I just don’t really like the suit.
Storm again and this time we are assuming she has transformed into one of the Horsemen.
Archangel. It’s cool how his wings shoot metal, just like in the comics.
Yes! Another Quicksilver scene.
Now, how did he get into Cerebro is my question? Unless Professor X is in Cerebro and sees him.
There’s a great look of Apocalypse there.
Attack on the school? Probably and maybe this ties in the shot of Quicksilver.
Ah….that’s THE chamber where they make the four Horsemen. You can tell by the chair in the chamber. Disregard any earlier mention-smile-
