Monday Draft

Today we are doing a special edition of casting for the new Spiderman reboot in the Marvel Universe. We decided to do this because we were very much impressed with Tom Holland’s portrayal of Spiderman in Captain America: Civil War and we are now really looking forward to seeing him in his own solo movie.

Miles Morales

Miles Morales is Spiderman from the Ultimate Universe and it would be awesome to see him on the big screen! His character is Seppin’s personal favorite.

Tequan Richmond

We don’t know too much about Tequan Richmond, but we think he has a great look and he’s still fairly young.

Nadji Jeter

We liked Nadji from the movie Grownups-Part 1 & 2– and think he would be perfect since he still is relatively young.

Agent Venom

When Flash Thompson gives Spider-Man a surprise assist during a battle with a Venom-powered Scorpion, Flash is unknowingly exposed to the Venom symbiote, and to everyone’s surprise, the two form a permanent and heroic bond. Using his new powers, he begins his training with S.H.I.E.L.D. as Agent Venom.

Liam Hemsworth

Liam Hemsworth would be an interesting choice because he is likeable, but this character would allow him to be more of a jerk and he also has the Marvel connection with his big brother playing Thor.

Freddie Stroma

You may or may not recognize Freddie Stroma from Harry Potter. He played Cormac McLaggan and he could definitely pull off the stereotypical high school bully that we would like to see.

Mary Jane Watson

We’re pretty sure we don’t need to go into Mary Jane’s backstory…

Jane Levy

Jane Levy is an actress that stars in Indie movies and we think she has the right look to play the role of Mary Jane.

Dianna Agron

Dianna Agron is young, but she has worked since she was a kid. Apparently she did try out for the Amazing Spiderman, but lost the role to Emma Stone. Sony still thinks highly of her and it is a good chance she could land a role in this new version of Spiderman.
