X 23 Confirmed

The Wrap is reporting  that they have confirmed with sources that X-23 will indeed feature in the third solo Wolverine outing. They are also saying that Sienna Novikov is set to take on the role of Logan’s daughter.

Adding credence to this, they are also saying that Richard E. Grant is going to be Dr. Zander Rice, the scientist behind Transigen. That is a company that creates X-23.

The report goes on to state that the film takes place primarily in 2024, where “mutant births are severely in decline, and people aren’t sure why. Logan’s plot follows a government-type operation called “Transigen” that is turning mutant children into killing machines. Jackman ends up mentoring the girl, who has two claws instead of his three.”

We’re pretty excited for this movie, but what we really want to see is a trailer!
