A few weeks ago we heard that Stan Lee had shot four cameos in one day for the upcoming Marvel movies. The filming took place this summer in Atlanta when James Gunn was directing Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 2.
Doctor Strange director Scott Derrickson confirmed this rumor in an interview:
“James shot four cameos with Stan in one day,” he said, revealing that Gunn checked in to make sure his met Derrickson’ standards. “James was texting me the frame. Does this look right? Does this look good?”
“They’re all awesome! They’re all totally different,” Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige said last month about Lee’s cameos. “And he was unbelievable. He was on fire. He came in, he sat here, he stood there, he stood in this window, and then he went home.”
We’re going to assume it was for Guards Vol.2, Doctor Strange, Spiderman: Homecoming, and Thor: Ragnarok.
