Batman Solo Movie has a Director?!

Pretty much right after Ben Affleck announced he wasn’t going to direct the Batman solo film, a slew of directors names popped up and the one that seemed most likely was Matt Reeves.

Well, according to Variety, he is in final talks, and all he needs to do is sign the paperwork, before he will officially be announced.

Reeves is best known for directing Cloverfield, and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. His is latest, War for the Planet of the Apes, will be out this summer.

We’re actually very happy about this and judging from the news that Chris Terrio already finished cleaning up the script and everyone is extremely happy with it, it sounds like the Batman movie is back on track!
