It looks like we are getting another video game movie adaptation! It has revealed today that Jason Momoa has signed up to take on the lead role of Rico Rodriguez, the Agency operative who gets involved with all sorts of insane missions.
John Collee (Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World) has penned the screenplay for director Brad Peyton (San Andreas). He’s currently working on Rampage, another video game movie, but teamed up with Momoa for Netflix series Frontier. No word on a production or release date, but it is being reported that the plot will deal with Rico’s crisis of conscience while on a mission.
