Hey everyone! An interesting rumor has been making its rounds on all of the news sites, so we figured we’d put it on the blog. Of course, take it with a grain a salt, but it sounds cool.
It is said that David Benioff and D.B Weiss, directors from Game of Thrones, are interested in filming a Star Wars: The Old Republic movie. Also, that it is supposed to be filmed in the Fall.
The rumored report states, “Disney wants to open up the Star Wars timeline and appeal to a more Game of Thrones style audience.”
Not much has been said about this movie yet, but Rek is a huge fan of The Old Republic era and would love to see it portrayed on the big screen. Again, its still a rumor and we will have to wait and see.
