Cobra Kai Star in Talks for Blue Beetle Role

Hey everyone! The other day at The Suicide Squad premiere, various DC directors and actors arrived to show their support for Gunn’s new film. Angel Manuel Soto (Charm City Kings) appeared with Cobra Kai star Xolo Mariduena which has caused a flurry of fans’ excitement. THR has also confirmed that the Latino actor is actually in talks for the role of Jaime Reyes in the HBO Max Blue Beetle film.

Super excited to see if this casting pans through and, hopefully, we’ll get updates soon. Though, they might choose to announce it at DC FanDome which is right around the corner.
