Deathstroke Confirmed?!

Talking about breaking the internet!

A few hours ago, Ben Affleck released a short bit of footage on his social media accounts and Holy Smokes Batman, it is a HUGE reveal.

If you are unfamiliar with Deathstroke, he is a ruthless mercenary with enhanced abilities that make him one of the most dangerous characters in the DC universe, and the most deadly assassin in the DC Universe. Arrow fans know Slade Wilson very well and this is not the first time we have heard reports that the mercenary would show up in the DCEU. Arrow creator Marc Guggenheim was asked if we would see Slade Wilson again and he replied that the character was tied up in another DC project, which led to speculation that Deathstroke would make an appearance in Suicide Squad.

There have not yet been any reports that he could be making an appearance or rumors of someone getting cast in the role as far as the Justice League movie, but of course the internet is in overdrive right now with rumors that Joe Manganiello is in London. Oh and he just started to follow Zack Snyder.

Check out this picture he posted:

So in love! Joe Manganiello shared a cute selfie of himself and wife Sofia Vergara as they enjoyed an afternoon date on Friday

Hmm, short hair, graying goatee?

Now, if you look closely at the video, you can see him walking down a ramp. Is this the the Flying Fox? The Justice League’s transportation system and portable headquarters. Earlier reports from reporters who were invited on set mention the Flying Fox and there were details that the lowest level of the Fox features a ramp to board and exit the ship that also stores the Batmobile.

If you look past Deathstroke, the Batmobile appears to be sitting behind him, with the rest of the setting looking like the inside of the hangar. Has Slade Wilson snuck onto the ship to foil the Justice League’s plans or has Batman gone to extreme measures to bring Steppenwolf down?

It’s impossible to speculate too much right now, but we are getting reports that this is merely a cameo that will set up for the Batman solo movie which is interesting.

Dare we hope that we will see this on the big screen?
