Deadline is reporting that Jared Leto is in talks to play Valiant Comics, Bloodshot!

The Joker is in early negotiations with Sony to take on this character and what a character it is.

Angelo Mortalli, starts out as a ruthless mob killer before being forcibly subjected to an experimental program which leaves him with superhuman strength and healing abilities. His healing factor is crazy and that is his amazing ability…and he’s just a darn good killer.

The movie is looking to come out after Harbinger, which is a group of super-powered teenage outcasts known as Harbingers. Sequels are reportedly planned for both movies already before they all meet up for Harbinger Wars.
