More Into the Spiderverse news!

We got some more information today related to the new animated film, Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse. Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, who are writing and producing the film, gave some interesting information related to Peter Parker’s presence in the film.

Apparently they are not making any connections with Tom Holland’s webslinger in the film, but Peter will show up. They came out and said that the Peter Parker in the film will be middle aged and more of a veteran who will teach Miles about being a hero. Sorry for anyone expecting a special cameo, but this could be really cool too. It would be really interesting if they connected this Peter Parker with Andrew Garfield’s universe or even Tobey Maguire’s Spiderman making it all interconnected.
