5 Things we want from Obi-Wan Kenobi

Kenobi must be one of the most exciting and hyped star wars series ever! There is just so much that we could see and that we want to see in this show. Sadly, it is only going to be one season and that means we won’t be getting everything that we want. However, this is a list of persons/places that we want to see in the Kenobi series!

5. A rematch

any soundtrack fans? | Fandom

We know that Hayden Christensen is set to return in the series, so it only makes sense that we should get to see these two battle once more. We could either see it as a physical battle or a mental battle Obi-Wan must push through to complete his training. Either way, we need these two on the screen again!

4. Luke

What Baby Luke Skywalker In The Star Wars Prequels Looks Like Now

The whole mission that Obi-Wan is sent on is to protect Luke, the future of the Jedi. We need a moment between the two characters. Luke may be a little older when the series takes place and we may see Obi-Wan working to hide the force sensitive child from the empire!

3. Leia

Queen Breha Organa | StarWars.com

In the same sense, it seems strange that Obi-Wan would never leave to check on Leia or to protect her as well. Plus, we all want to see another last cameo from Jimmy Smits’ Bail Organa. And the differences between Luke and Leia’s upbringing would be a neat focal point to see in the story!

2. Mos Eisley

Tiles or Studs: Mos Eisley Spaceport

“You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.”

Need I say more? We need to get some secretive Obi-Wan sneaking into the space port. Perhaps some more cantina music? It is so iconic that we must be seeing it in the series.

1. Qui-Gon Jinn

Poll: Who is the Greater Jedi – Qui-Gon Jinn or Obi-Wan Kenobi? | StarWars.com

This is probably the most requested piece for the Obi-Wan show from every fan. We need and deserve to see Qui-Gon pop up in the show. Several people, including Liam Neeson himself, deny the character’s return for the series which is very disappointing if that is the case. This show serves as a connection between the six films (Because the sequels don’t count) and it would be a shame not to see these two share a screen and develop a bond that was not seen in the originals. Mostly because the character was not created yet. Fans all want to see Jinn’s force ghost guiding Obi-Wan in this series and it is the number one thing we would ask for in this show.

What would you add?
