Matt Ryan confirmed for Legends of Tomorrow S4 Regular

We all saw this one coming. Matt Ryan has been in numerous episodes in Legends of Tomorrow season 3, so it is no surprise when it was confirmed yesterday that he will be a regular for the next season.
