The truth has been scrambled! So, you unscramble the image and you try again until you give up and look in the comments and find the leaked code is 941. Sorry, it was just a lot of work and I gave up trying after ten minutes of staring at this image.

On top of the image in the website, it says Face Two Face. A bit on the nose there, but I suppose that we will be seeing our old friend Harvey Dent in some capacity.
